The AutoGrid® in-process model is a flexible system that allows the customer to adapt optical setup, measurement volume and local resolution. The system is used for material analysis in sheet metal testing, tensile, bulge or pipe tests. The recording feature of time sequence provides up to 24 frames per second. | |||||

A pattern of square grids is applied to an undeformed blank for measuring sheet metal strain. ViALUX offers accessories both for electrochemical etching and silk printing for different materials. Complete marking equipment as well as chemicals are available on stock. |
